Day 2 of the 30 Day Challenge: Good Feeling Workout


Go here for today's workout
12 mins long interval training
She always modifies if you don't have the equipment or are just a beginner. Just watch the video all the way through and write it down. Make sure you keep track of your scores.
Round length: 50 sec
Rest length: 10 sec
Stop after: 12 rounds
Delay before start: 10 sec (so you can prepare)
